The third event of the 2026 EBRA Series was scheduled to take place in The Hague during the traditional North Sea Beach Rugby Tournament, one of the longest-running events on the European beach rugby calendar.

However, exceptionally high temperatures forced the organisers to cancel the tournament in order to protect the health and safety of players, referees, volunteers and spectators.

Although disappointing, the decision was widely supported by the entire EBRA family, reinforcing that safety will always come before competition. No matches were played and no points were awarded for the overall standings.
